My approach combines motivational interviewing, mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and the transtheoretical model of behaviour change with the latest understanding of root cause healthcare, including Functional Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine.

I had the good fortune to come across Seamus and the concept of Health Coaching and quickly realised at the first intake session that it is something that could benefit me. Our sessions have been relaxed and I have found myself effortlessly opening up to myself and bravely talking about and exploring what I feel is a bit off beat in my life and what I’d like to improve on.
